To modify an export setting:

1. Choose File->Export Movie.
2. Click once on the setting you want to modify. (If you click twice, you’ll be able to edit the setting’s name.)
3. Click the Options... button.
4. Use the Quicktime Movie Settings dialog to specify your export settings.
5. When you’re done, click OK in the Export Settings window. A Save File dialog will appear; you can cancel if you don’t want to export your video at this time.

Note: Do not modify the iPod export settings. Videos must be formatted in a specific way to be playable on iPods.
